I’d like to contribute a guest article to laylajewels.com

Hi,

I have a lot of experience working in older homes (mine was built in 1945), but I realize many people don't…

As the owner of an older home - or a potential buyer of one - you have a lot to consider: What issues are most likely to be present or occur in the next few years? What projects are worth tackling (and in what order)? What can I DIY, and what needs the expertise of a professional?

I thought an informative resource guide on this topic might be really helpful for your site visitors. Would you allow me to put together a list of resources on making the right home improvement decisions (including HVACs/air conditioners) when you have an older home? It's free of charge, and I would be happy to highlight your website.

Thanks in advance for the consideration!

I’d love to write an article for your site

Hello from DadKnowsDIY.com!

A question I'm asked all the time: What's the number one tip for selling your home faster?

The truth is, there isn't just one tip.

That said, it's also true that curb appeal means a whole lot more in a potential buyer's decision making process than you may think, so my response to this frequently asked question is: Improve your home's curb appeal!

I'd love to put together an article on curb appeal in general, and more specifically how small tasks (like installing new fencing; repairing cracked windows or window seals; painting the front door; power washing dirty siding) can add up to a big, positive first impression. And that first impression can go a long way when it comes to selling your home!

What are your thoughts? Would an article on this topic fit nicely on your site? If so, I'd love the chance to write it. Free of charge. Around 600 words. Unique to your site.

Please give me a shout when you can.

Thanks!
Paul
