This day was Crazyyyyy good!! even though I only got like an hour of sleep I was spinning with all this creativity and fun ideas for a gift so long story short the book was a gift.  then i got the idea to read it too so i bought it on kindle..then i got the idea to make a t-shirt with the paragraph reference so search thru the book I hadn't even read yet, I screen shot the relevant paragraph, designed the t-shirt called all around town to have it printed, picked up book and t-shirt same day, and basically yea made my last minute idea come to life in a few hours **mind blown from my own amazingness*

SO I've just come to accept that trains are the modern day dragons that we have to battle each day.  Nothing more annoying than a train going out of service AFTER its already been delayed for 10 minutes During RUSH HOUR -_________________-  Yet still like Taxes I rise

This whole morning swag is a whole nother level, Like I seriously feel like a diff person cant wait to start doing yoga, and working out in the morning.  I'm looking forward to the diff in sleep quality. Im also gased that its pumpkin spice season ayeeeeee #FallWalks 9.10.2019



WELP THIS IS HOW I FEEL

so I did yoga last week, and now I wanna go back it rele made a diff in how I feel, and sleep now all I wanna do is stretch, the next challenge is going to be fitting a class I to my routine as always location and timing is gunna be a hurdle I would really like something along my route that also agrees with my normal travel times it doesnt sound like much but like early classes r too early and late classes r too late w.e. I will figure it out plus clothing change n makeup hot yoga is sweaty theres rele no way to do it and not be a complete mess after this is why I'm thinking to do it in the morning and just get ready after I dunno I'll figure it out
