Why are So Many Conway STores closing down

Anyone else wondering why all the Conway stores in Manhattan have close down?  I know my broke self was extremely concerned cuz if they go out of business im gonna be nekkid.  So I called to find out!  Conway Stores are not about to close down they just relocated out of Manhattan because of high rents.   ^-^ I get it when you sell $3 clothes a heavy rent is a burden but they are still located in Queens, Brooklyn, LIC, Jersey, etc.  Vive Conways, BTW their customer service was sooo friendly and helpful! ;) That's why I love it there! On my way now to go pick up this Peplum black dress will post if I find it.
